The Lauriston Farm Agroecology Project sits within a surprisingly rich landscape for wildlife. Alongside the crops and growing beds there are hedgerows, open fields and nearby shoreline along the Forth estuary, all of which attract a wide variety of birds and other wildlife.

Over time I’ve started keeping a photographic record of some of the species seen around the allotments and along the nearby shoreline. These observations and photographs are collected on a separate set of pages dedicated to wildlife and birdlife from the local area.
